I have complete rights to my art;
Feeding my art to an AI is prohibited.
I'm allowed to make and/or sell merch with commissioned art, if containing only game/movie/show etc characters (ex. mlp, sonic, sanrio characters; will not do so if oc is featured)

Posting art on different platforms/using as banners/
pagedolls/icons/
etc. is allowed but you must credit me. I go by @catskins or @notcatskins on most platforms.

by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms listed on this page! and that you have thoroughly read them!!

I can accept only USD, payment conversion must equal to stated price.
I prefer Zelle!!! but I can take Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo.

Payment is required upfront.
Updates will be sent as available.
If I give a specific time frame for the commission, you are able to request a refund after that time frame has passed, and if I have not started; otherwise I will continue as normal.

If you commission me for NSFW art, you are confirming you are 18+! If I am informed that you were dishonest about your age, I will block you on all socials possible, and you will be blacklisted from obtaining my designs/art.
Anyone assisting with a blacklist evade will also be blacklisted ^^
